PLEASE KNOW THE RULES
 
• All pet owners must clean up after pet(s) immediately. Also, pets must be walked on a leash and not tethered in your yard.
 
• Garbage & recycle cans may be placed out at 7:00 pm the night before pick-up. All containers must be picked up and stored in garage by 7:00 pm the day of pick-up.
 
• Vehicles may not be parked to block city sidewalks at any time. If additional parking is required, you may park overnight along the skirt of your driveway.

~ Survey ~

The Board has been asked to consider an amendment to implement a cap on leasing. It is costly and we need 2/3 of Home Owners to vote yes in order to approve the amendment. Current investors would be grandfathered in.

All Willow Creek Townhomes Homeowners are welcome to request a copy of the 2023 Financials report. Please contact Stellar Properties at 630-924-9224 for more information.
 
FOR SALE, RENT, AND LEASE RENEWALS
 
​​​​​​If you plan to LEASE your unit- According to page 6a of the Rules & Regulations: All unit owners leasing their unit shall deliver a copy of the signed lease to the Board through the management agent no later than the date of occupancy or ten days after the lease is signed, whichever occurs first. Owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants. Any expenses incurred by the Association in obtaining these documents shall be charged back to the Unit Owner. The term of the lease will not be less than a 6-month period. If you plan to SELL your unit- According to page 6 of the Rules & Regulations: The resident shall provide a formal written notice of intent to sell to the Association’s management company, once a valid contract has been accepted. This information shall be provided at least 30 days prior to closing
