This form is to update information regarding ways to contact you, vehicles registered to your unit, pets, and emergency contact. If any of this information changes, you must submit an updated Resident Information Form to Stellar Properties to be added to your account. It is imperative that we have the most current contact information on file for you.
 
 
 
Any time you wish to make a change to the exterior of your property, such as satellite dish installation or changing or adding windows or doors, you must submit this architectural change request form for approval prior to beginning work. Submit this form along with as many details you can give regarding what you plan to do, and then wait for the signed approval to start the work. If more information is needed or your request is not approved for any reason, we will work with you to correct it.
 
Homeowners are welcomed to enhance their individual areas with
Board Approved landscaping/plants.

For your convenience, Willow Creek offers a free program in which your monthly assessment payment is automatically deducted from your checking account between the 8th and 10th day of each month. This ensures that you don't have to worry about payments being received on time. Simply complete this form and submit it to Stellar Properties along with a voided or blank check for the account you wish us to debit. You can enroll in this program at any time, but the form must be received by the last day of the month prior to the month you wish to begin your automatic payments. If you submit this form, and you do not receive a confirmation letter, please contact Stellar Properties immediately.
